Coleen Rooney: Post-Baby Weight-Loss

Coleen Rooney, wife of soccer star Wayne Rooney, gave birth to the rising-star couple’s first baby, Kai, at the beginning of November, and just 2 months later the 23-year-old is hard at work trying to get her figure back.

The British tabloids made a big deal of Coleen’s dramatic weight-loss when the couple attended the United for UNICEF charity gala at the end of November. By then the footballers wife had lost 28 pounds – baby Kai only weighed 8 pounds. It’s been reported across the tabloids that Coleen wants to lose all her baby weight and return to her size 10 figure.

The first-time-mom works out with personal trainer Elise Lindsay, who has put together a great routine using a vibrating Flexi Bar for short periods of time.

“I’ve put together a baby nap express workout – a minimal time workout that is possible for mums to feel good and make a difference,” Elise told Marie Claire UK.

It seems that while other celeb moms like Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Trista Sutter and Jennifer Lopez have worked off their baby weight with kickboxing, circuit training and pilates (amongst others)  Coleen simple doesn’t seem to have the time. But judging by the recent pics, there’s definitely no hurry.
