Courtney Cox needs no introduction, as we all know she’s the sexy star of Cougar Town and at the age of 41 she looks incredible. She recently spoke with People magazine and told them a few secrets about how she keeps the weight off. She is currently practicing the Tracy Anderson Method workout which is a combination of dance aerobics and toning all performed in a hot room so that you will sweat. Courtney said,
“The whole process is about working your accessory muscles, not just your major muscle groups that get worked all the time. You never stay in one constant motion so you don’t get bulky in one particular area. I was turned onto it in July, and I’ve seen a big change in my body.”
She also shared a few of her favorite meals. On healthy days she will typically have at a diner some scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon, sliced tomato, cottage cheese or a ‘scooped-out’ onion bagel with cream cheese. She obviously has a hearty appetite! She also mentioned that her favorite meal is New York grilled steak with sautéed garlic spinach and broccoli.
“I like anything green and I love steak.”
She also revealed that she likes to workout to Michael Jackson and Red Hot Chili Peppers songs.
Celeb Diet Doc…
Courtney looks fantastic! I would ditch the bagel though… a better option would be celery and cream cheese.

It is more or less suitable dieting ideas allthough I find it difficult to agree with everthing appearing in this particular article.
Eating 800 calories a day is not only extremely hard to do, it also is not giving you the nutrient your body needs to be healthy. Which could also be accounting for the many injuries. I think the main thing that Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, etc have going for them is genetics. Most people don't look like that, even when they get enough exercise and healthy eating. Yum, the onion bagel. I would still like to keep that in my diet!
