Dania Ramirez: Workout

Dania Herrera, of X-Men fame, has a new gig as the heroine, Maya Herrera, on the hit NBC TV series Heroes. She logs 10 hour days when filming for the show adding, “there’s a lot of running with my character.”

She workouts out with celebrity trainer, Ramona Braganza whose roster of celebrity clients includes Jessica Alba. Braganza has Dania on a cardio and strength training regimen for an hour and a half three times a week. Workouts focus on the lower body: abs, glutes and legs. These lower body workouts have Dania sliding on gliding discs, like a speed skater, to work the inner thighs.
All I have to say is that the workouts are paying dividends.
