Danielle Fishel’s Workout
Host of The Dish, Danielle Fishel, gets ‘up close’ with People magazine and discusses her views on beauty and health and also gives some insight on her dedicated workout regime.
She did stress the importance of being happy with one’s body and that the body weight of each person has a certain comfort zone and we have to be careful to read our bodies to know when we’ve crossed that limit of being healthy or not. Danielle explained that when she started her weight loss journey she was able to do it once she made the decision to do it for health’s sake and not for vanity reasons. Fishel also told People about her workout regime, she explained,
“I work out six if not seven days a week. I know I’m supposed to take a day off but that’s hard for me to do. I do cardio all six or seven days for at least an hour sometimes an hour and a half and I work out twice a week with a trainer.”
She said that of course there are things she would love to change but they are out of her hands such as a longer torso or longer neck. So she chooses to focus on the things she can change. Even though she’s not at her goal weight yet she’s happy with who she is and feels confident about her body.
