Dannii Minogue Blames Extra Weight on Sweet Tooth

Dannii Minogue denied losing weight by following a strict diet and workout routine, despite intense media speculation. She says she isn’t on any diet and she’s still indulging on sweets.. so take that, Ha!

Minogue gained about 49 pounds while she was pregnant with Ethan, her baby boy. After only three months of giving birth to Ethan, the media was already covering the subject of her astonishing weight loss. Rumors were that Minogue had embarked on a drastic turkey diet and workout program to lose the baby fat as soon as possible.

Minogue has not yet lost all the weight she’s gained during her pregnancy, and that’s because she’s not exercising so often. And she has a bit of a sweet tooth…

“I read this article that said I was on turkey broth and crazy exercising every day. I don’t eat meat and I’ve been eating lemon pie!” she said, setting the record straight. “When I got pregnant, I started eating sweet things for the first time and I haven’t stopped. “

Minogue added that the reason she hasn’t managed to lose all the extra weight is because she hasn’t had the time or the energy to start exercising again.
