Elin Nordegren: Weight Loss and Stress

Everyone reacts differently to stress. Some of us pig out and experience stress-related weight gain, some of us forget to eat and lose heaps of weight like Katie Holmes and others become addicted to exercise, such as Pink or Alanis Morissette. Now there’s a new celebrity suffering from the effects of stress, Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods’ wife. Obviously, she has all the right in the world to be stressed out considering she’s learned of his various mistresses. Likewise, a source has reported that she’s losing too much weight because of her current situation. According to Radaronline,
“The revelation of Tiger’s multiple affairs caught her completely off guard and it’s a ‘raw’ situation. According to the report she had no idea Tiger was cheating and the stress of the situation has caused her to lose weight as she deals with the emotional stress.”
Be it the holidays, a romance or an issue at work we all get stressed from time to time but what’s important is to recognize what it’s doing too your body and address the issue through a proper diet, good exercise and even some meditation would help too. And to Elin Nordegren, may this nightmare someday be behind you.
