
The adorable star of Grey’s Anatomy, Ellen Pompeo gave birth to her first child last September. Unlike most women, Ellen loved the pregnancy weight gain because she’s normally too thin and has to work hard at keeping up a healthy weight. In a recent interview she said,
“I went up a pants size during my pregnancy. I was in size 25 jeans and went to 26. I gained 26 pounds.”
Even now in March she’s still 10 pounds heavier than she was before she got pregnant and she is delighted about it. She explained that before pregnancy people always told her she was too skinny and she worried she was setting a bad example for young teenage girls who thought she wasn’t eating. Little do those girls realize that the 40-year-old actress is naturally super-svelte. She said,

It's pretty smart weight loss recommendations allthough I find it difficult to agree with everthing in this post.
