Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis were forced to go through a strict regime to lose weight and get the skinny ballerinas figure for the Black Swan. But it seems they’re not the only ones. Emily Blunt, who’s playing a ballerina in The Adjustment Bureau, went through a similar regime.
The actress is playing the role of ballerina Elise Sellas in the movie and recently confessed that her diet consisted of carrots and almonds. That’s it. Aside from the fact that it’s as strict as they come, Emily said that this diet was the dullest she’s ever been on. She was also working out for 4 hours every day, for six weeks.
Mila’s regime for Black Swan wasn’t all that different. She was working out every day for five hours and went on a 1,200 calorie diet. However, when asked what her plans are after finishing filming she said she wants to eat and be a couch potato for a month.
“I’m so hungry all the time. I just want to eat and not workout and not do anything.”
