Sexy Eva Mendes is like any other woman with a smokin’ hot bod in that she has to workout to maintain her beautiful figure. But,
apparently working out doing yoga and at the gym four days a week to stay fit is more important to Eva than maintaining a healthy diet in order to stay fit.
That’s not to say that she doesn’t eat healthy most of the time, but she’s not afraid of allowing carbohydrates in her diet plan either. The 37-year-old reveals that she loves to eat bread and pasta.
“I focus on the inside out – so it’s all about what I’m eating, how I’m feeding my body and how much water I’m drinking. I don’t eat meat, but I eat a lot of fish and brown rice,” she also reveals.
It’s just that whenever she goes out to eat somewhere, people inevitably seem surprised to see the sexy, thin, toned star reaches for a piece of bread.
