After struggling to lose the 57 pounds the cLEANmomma picked up after giving birth to her second child, Carolyn became so desperate to lose the baby weight that she began exercising while cleaning.

“With the help of a team of experts, I was able to put together a very effective interval training program that meets the needs of those who are beginners as well as the needs of the hyperactive like moi who prefer the bootcamp approach,” Carolyn says on her website.
