Victoria is keen to get her figure back after giving birth to her fourth and youngest child, Harper Seven. In previous interviews, the former Posh Spice says that her ideal weight should be about 119-126 lbs.<span id="more-21485"></span></p>

Once a week, she splurges on foods that she normally avoids. According to her, eating healthy isn&#8217;t about deprivation, it&#8217;s all about picking your battles.</p>

<p>But, maybe the 30-year-old reality star is unconcerned about her weight because of the intense workouts she has been doing with celebrity trainer <a title="Vanessa Minnillo’s Wedding Workout" href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/vanessa-minnillos-wedding-workout/">Gunnar Peterson</a>.</p>
<p>Gunnar has the bride to be doing tons of squats and lunges to keep those legs looking toned and sexy.  In addition to that, she&#8217;s been frequenting <a title="Kim Kardashian’s Workout with Barry’s Bootcamp" href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/kim-kardashian-workout-with-barrys-bootcamp/">Barry&#8217;s Bootcamp</a>, a training center that has her doing boot camp style workouts.  It&#8217;s 60 minute sessions of high intensity cardio and strength training that causes the body to burn 1,000 calories.</p>
<p>&#8220;It’s torture,” she says of the boot camp, &#8220;but it&#8217;s amazing.  I see a difference right away when I go.&#8221;</p>

<p>Six months ago singer-songwriter and actress <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/alanis-morissette-takes-up-running-and-eats-kale/">Alanis Morissette</a> and her hubby Mario Treadway welcomed a new addition to their family, their new son named Ever. In the months since then it appears the new mom has maintained her extra baby weight unlike many of the celeb mommies in Hollywood who like to lose all of their baby weight in a matter of a month or two. Alainis has been taking it slow until recently when she set out to start her post-baby exercise regime.<span id="more-21395"></span></p>
<p>The singer was spotted pounding the pavement on the streets of Brentwood Los Angeles and worked up a sweat running with a friend. Alanis wore a baggy purple t-shirt and grey pair of leggings. While out for the run, Alanis seemed to feel the burn she appeared to be enjoying herself as she laughed and joked with her friend. Besides working on losing her baby weight, Alanis is also working on her role as an actress. She plans to return to the TV drama series Weeds. On the show, she will play the role as obstetrician Dr. Audra Kitson.  Alanis is also keeping busy with her new book.</p>
<p>Speaking about her book, Alanis said:</p>
