
Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie officially has the best legs in Hollywood, but it’s not just because of her workouts with her personal trainer. And it’s also not only because of her balanced diet that has double portions of vegetables. Fergie says her biggest diet tip is to fool her brain.
Fergie’s been looking really good lately since her recent weight-loss. The 35-year-old singer and actress had to pile on 17 pounds for her role in the movie Nine. And while putting on the weight was easy and fun (she ate fried foods all day and didn’t exercise), losing it was a hard work, especially getting her mind back into the fitness routine and staying motivated. Now it seems Fergie has no problem with her mindset.
“I’m not going to lie: There are times I play mind tricks on myself, like that the French fries are poison,” she says. “With desserts, I’ll let myself have just one bite, but I’ll look like a freak when I’m eating it, like when I did Duncan Hines commercials as a kid, just savoring every morsel.”
