I will like to share some important tips about how to increase Metabolism . These tips are given as below 


-   Boost metabolism temporarily with aerobic exercises 

-   You must also need to start a strength-training program to build lean muscle and increase metabolism

-   You need to eat healthy snacks that are great source of increasing metabolism

I think there are so many ways to increase metabolism that are as follows


Try to do Exercise such as Body Building because it migheb helpful to increase metabolism. Moreover, You need to consul with your doctor for more information . Thanks

If we just start the high use of the water in a our routine life then make sure that your level of metabolism will be high witht he passage of the time. Don't be quick.

You can get a fast metabolism easily. All you have to do is eat small portioned meals throughout the day. Instead of 3 meals with lots of calories, try 5-7 meals with maybe 250-300 calories in each. It doesn't look like your trying to loose fat, or gain muscle or anything… So I suppose there isn't need to say how much of each nutrient should be included in each meal.
