I’m laughing, but only at how utterly simple this is. We spend hundreds of dollars on diet plans, pills, special potions, etc., and the answer is right in front of us, at a small monitary cost and is more healthy and beneficial than anything else our hard earned dollars could buy. Now if I can just make myself follow that very simple plan…

What if you are not hungry after you have an apple before brekfast??? Do you just go without eating anything else? I htought that Bananas were fattening….is this true
