I am on bedrest for a while and not even exercising, so this diet is a lifesaver! The support on the MF community is awesome~ The bars, shakes, hot drinks and puddings are my favorites. And the transition and maintaining part is very important too, although I'm not there yet. It's not for the faint of heart though. You really have to be commited to the diet for it to work-but when you follow the plan, you lose very quickly. I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs to lose 50lbs or more.
