Gisele Bündchen: Pre-Natal Yoga Workout

Brazilian born supermodel Gisele Bündchen is starting to show her baby bump, but she’s still exercising in order to keep herself and the baby healthy and strong. Considering she is the highest paid supermodel in the business she has to travel a lot but the expectant mother still manages to practice Anusara yoga. Her instructor Amy Lombardo said,
“She tries to do some yoga each day. She normally does an hour in the morning. It’s a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note.” She continues, “Yoga makes you really toned.”
Lombardo does a series of moves with Bündchen that incorporates lunges, tricep push-ups and core work. Ansura yoga takes a modern approach to the traditional Hatha yoga. It is an intense flowing form of yoga broadly categorized by attitude, alignment and action.
Gisele and her husband Tom Brady are expecting their first child in January or February of 2010.
