Gloria Estefan’s Resort Boot Camps

Take a trip down to Florida’s Treasure Coast for the weekend and sign up for one of Gloria Estefan’s About Face Boot Camps at her Costa d’Este Beach Resort. The Cuban singer has hired celebrity trainers Steve and Bonnie Pfiester to lead the three-day programs at her beachfront resort, just two hours outside of Miami.

The boot camps cost $499 per person sharing and will run for September 11 – 13, October 16 – 18 and November 13 – 15 this year. There are also single-occupancy rates from $599. Each weekend will include two nights’ accommodation; low-calorie gourmet meals; weight-loss, diet and exercise seminars; butt camp, extreme abs, core and kickboxing training; a cooking class with the resort’s chef; outdoor excursions; and a power beach walk at sunset.

Steve and his wife Bonnie co-own the Longevity Fitness Clubs in Vero Beach, while Steve co-starred in the hit TV show Fat March on ABC and will be a trainer for a new weight-loss reality show Bridal Bootcamp (to air on Country Music Television). Bonnie is a fitness model as well as a fitness and lifestyle coach. Who wouldn’t want to be treated like royalty while losing weight and getting fit at the same time?
