Sounds like she puts up a nice spread in the dressing room – all sounds yummy to me!
It is not always easy to get started eating like this but boy I'll tell ya…at my fittest…….this diet really did it, yes it does work, and you feel more energetic and happy in general…but you have to stick to it like a lifestyle change. Eat this at least a month to really see your body transform, and if you can get to a month you probably will only prefer these foods from then on…
