Gwyneth Paltrow is Ready to Lose Weight

by Betsy on Celebs on April 14, 2010

Over the winter, Gwyneth Paltrow spents two months in Nashville, Tennessee to film her latest movie, Love Don’t Let Me Down. While living in the heartland she spent a lot of time eating that yummy southern comfort food and drinking alcohol. Now, the 37-year-old realizes she has some work to do to get back in shape. In a recent interview she said,

“If you saw me naked [now] compared to what I looked like when I did Iron Man 2, when I was exercising every day – I’ll get it back together, but I’ve never eaten so much fried food and white flour in my life, ever.”

Finally! It’s good to know this superstar has finally cut herself some slack and pigged out for once in her life. Paltrow said she ate plenty of fried chicken and ice cream as the director of the film, Shana Feste, didn’t want her to have any definition, so she had to stop working out and start eating.

No word on how she’ll get back in shape but we can guess that she’ll train with her buddy and trainer, Tracy Anderson who will have her trim in no time at all.
