Gwyneth Paltrow’s Dance Workout
It’s so great that Gwyneth Paltrow shares her workouts with the masses via her own website. Yes, we’ve all heard how some people in the media shun the GOOP website because they think Gwyneth should stick to acting instead of educating the rest of us on health and fitness through the internet, but on the other hand, she has really shared some great tips.
In her most recent online newsletter she acknowledges that spring is in the air and bikini season is closer than ever so it’s time to melt off some fat. She wrote,
“As it is wholly unrealistic to follow those ‘10 Days to a Bathing Suit-Ready Body’ routines expecting to actually achieve a drastic change, I asked the cutest, most motivated, most genius trainer on earth to jumpstart our spring fitness regimes. Here is a spanking new dance cardio routine from Tracy Anderson to get our heart rates up and the inches melting away. Do dance cardio five times a week for at least 30 minutes and by summer you will see a change you will be proud of!”
This really is a good workout and being that you can get it online for free it’s even better!

I tried a few of the Goop’s recipes, and they weren’t too appealing. I think she should stick to showbiz.
