Heidi Klum and Anne Hathaway: Fitness Secret

There’s no question that both Anne Hathaway and Heidi Klum are in great shape. They both have lean arms and lengthened muscles that still look healthy and womanly and not sinewy. Their fitness trainer David Kirsch has teamed up with MSN.com to give away his secrets on how he gets these two celebrity beauties in shape. The program is called the Summer Body Shape-Up Series which features weekly online workouts for women to get bikini body ready. For example, Kirsch explained how to get Hathaway’s great arms:
“We use 3-lb. dumbbells and you can do crossovers, jumping jacks, push-ups. A circuit of all of those and it’s beautiful for toned arms,” Kirsch explains. “Do that circuit repeatedly for three or four sets for 10 minutes a few times a week and you’re good to go.”
Kirsch also has book coming out called Butt Book which will showcase exercises you can do right in front of the television and burn some of the old junk in the trunk. Other celebrities that have worked with Kirsch include Liv Tyler and Julie Henderson.
