Heidi Klum Gives Diet Tips

Heidi Klum, the gorgeous supermodel for Victoria’s Secret and Project Runway host is now pregnant with her fourth child. It’s amazing how this woman raises a family, has a major television career and still looks 25 years old. She recently talked with the Daily Telegraph about dieting and the contestants on her show.
“Dieting doesn’t have to be complicated. Eat healthily You don’t need to starve but you have to learn to look after yourself.”
Heidi explained that the majority of contestants on Project Runway have unhealthy eating habits and she’s actually shocked by what she sees these young girls eating. Waffles and pancakes were a couple of examples she gave when it comes to their junk food habits.
“I try to explain to them that you have to be fit. You hardly see any of them eating vegetables or salads, not even an apple.”
We’ve all heard that ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away,’ but if an apple is all it takes to look like Heidi Klum then good-bye Aunt Jemima and hello Granny Smith!
