
As the Victoria’s Secret Angels are getting ready for the big annual fashion show, Heidi Klum is also getting her body back into shape even though she is officially not walking the catwalk. She has announced that she will be hosting the event instead but all the same she wants to look her best. The 36-year-old gave birth in early October and as can be seen in the photo above she’s already looking in tip-top shape. She did however tell US Magazine that being in her late 30s and getting back into shape has been different in comparison to her pregnancy when she was 31 years of age. When asked how she’s losing the weight she responded,
“I don’t exercise too much — I walk. I walk on the treadmill a little bit. I walk on the driveway. I’m very active with the children……But you know when you breast feed, when you eat right, you move around a little bit, that usually does the job.”
Klum did admit that she hopes to lose 20 more pounds and she has a trainer that goes to her house and they do work on the medicine ball. When it comes to eating, Heidi isn’t one to munch on salads and chicken but she allows herself tasty foods like goulash, schnitzel and spaghetti bolognese.

Heidi will need to change her diet if she wants to get back to model form. Exercise alone will not do the trick. The Goulash is great for weight loss, but she needs to say wiedersehen to the schnitzel and spaghetti.
