Heidi Klum: Post-Pregnancy Diet
The German supermodel and reality show host Heidi Klum just gave birth last month. It was just a few weeks ago when she said she was going to take it easy and not try to walk the catwalk for the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Lingerie Week. However, sources say she has changed her mind and is determined to be in the show. She has even gone so far as to have celebrity trainer David Kirsch move into her home and put her through some grueling workouts. One source revealed her diet plan:
“Heidi’s swapped processed carbs, sugar, dairy and fruit for egg-white omelets, spinach salads and grilled tuna with quinoa.”
The source goes on to say that in hopes of wowing the audience at the Victoria’s Secret show she is working out twice a day.

I’m sure Heidi will look fabulous…. But she should ditch the processed carbs for good!
