Heidi Klum’s Butt Workout
To promote his new Butt Book, celebrity trainer David Kirsch popped in at the Today show’s studios. He demonstrated to hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb a few of the moves supermodel Heidi Klum uses to keep her derriere in shape.
The beauty about these bootylicious moves is you can do them anytime, anywhere, and you don’t need weights.
Kirsch starts the workout with a simple stretch to loosen your hamstrings and glutes, and then jumps straight into the funny-looking platypus walk – working your inner thighs and lower part of your butt. Kirsch also dishes on Klum’s favourite move: the Sumo lunge.
All in all, it makes for a pretty funny (yet informative) video.
