Heidi Montag Can’t Jog Anymore Because of Extreme Plastic Surgery

by Megan on April 7, 2010

Usually when someone undergoes extensive plastic surgery it’s because they want to make improvements not only to their body but also in the hopes of it improving their lifestyle. But when your procedures actually get in the way of you maintaining your new look, you’ve got to ask yourself: Why would you do it?!

Reality TV star of The Hills, Heidi Montag, has certainly changed her life with all her plastic surgeries. And not necessarily for the better. The 23-year-old blonde admitted to having undergone 10 procedures in one day, and now feels a little “weird”. She says she can’t really hug people they way she used to because her body feels so fragile.

The star has had her breasts augmented to a size E, waist cinched, a nose, cheekbone and jaw job, fat injections, had her eyebrows lifted and even had her back scooped. But it’s her breast augmentation that’ll have the biggest impact on her lifestyle. Because of the size of her chest, she can no longer go jogging and will have to find other ways of maintaining her new plastic body.

Previously we reported that Heidi used to hit the gym 6 days a week in the hopes of building a dancer’s body. She did weight training for 3 to 5 days (leg lifts, squats, lunges and upper body weight lifting) and cardio for 4 to 6 days. Whether she’ll go back to her trainer John Damon to help her stay in shape only time will tell.
