Heidi Montag, the controversial star of the MTV reality series “the Hills”, shares her workout and diet tips in US weekly.
Heidi Montag’s Diet
Heidi claims she’s “never actually been on a diet. I just cut down on ice cream.” Before you call her a “skinny bitch” take a look at her daily “diet”:
- lean protein and lots of veggies.
- 5-7 mini meals consisting of egg whites on oatmeal, ham on wheat sandwiches, sushi, and apples
- no alcohol
- sleeping at least 7 hours every day.
Heidi Montag’s Workout
Heidi’s goal was to have a sculpted “dancer’s body” look. She turned to LA trainer John Damon and now visits the gym 6 times a week. Her workout includes:
- weight training 3-5 days (leg lifts, squats, lunges and upper body weight lifting)
- cardio 4-6 days for at least 30 minutes (incline speed walks)

For someone who claims they are not on a “diet,” she is doing all the right things: eating small meals, protein and lots of low-cal veggies. Along with abstaining from calorie-laden alcohol, getting a good night’s sleep and engaging in cardio and weight training she’s got the right recipe for getting results.

i have the same shape as her, sans the fake boobs and i’m probably a few pounds heavier than her but i really do want to get into shape and i see her as my inspiration.. is there any other information about her diet and exercise?
how long does it takes to get this shape if i have the same shape as her ? And I would like to know more information too plz
