Heidi Pratt Creates ‘The Heidi Workout’

Heidi Pratt, one of the stars from the series The Hills, has plans to release a downloadable workout series called, The Heidi Workout.  Pratt told People Magazine,
“Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about.  I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week”
Her workout will feature rapidly executed full-body conditioning exercises using both light and heavy weights in order to burn fat faster.  There will also be some nutritional advice based on the guidelines that her own trainer, Chad Waterbury gave her.  Examples include avoiding white foods and instead fill up on lean meats, green vegetabls, apples and berries.  Waterbury said,
“Heidi loves steak!…. Heidi has a really healthy appetite,” Waterbury adds. “There’s no way she is going to deprive herself.”
Pratt is just 5′1″ and weighs only 100 pounds so her workouts aren’t about getting skinny but instead getting curves and shape.  Waterbury explained,
“When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger,” says Waterbury. “Now, it’s nice, shapely and round. She loves showing off her body now.  She called me from her Playboy shoot and was so excited. The photographers were raving about her.”
Pratt will be on the cover of the September issue of Playboy Magazine.

    [...] Heidi Montag Pratt, the 22-year-old blonde on the reality series The Hills is getting some new ‘exposure’ in the literal sense as she’s appearing on the cover of the September issue of Playboy.  After the photo shoot, she hooked up with Life & Style Magazine and gave them the inside scoop on how she got ready to bare all for Playboy.  When asked how her workout changed in comparison to before the shoot Heidi explained that she used to casually get on the treadmill to exercise but once she was preparing for Playboy she was doing ‘athletic training’ five days a week and for an hour each day.
