Former Playboy Bunny, Dolly Madison has one incredible body. Lucky for us she recently spoke with OK magazine to give readers a glimpse of what she eats each day to keep her slim and trim figure.
Breakfast
Holly said she is sure to drink plenty of water first off and she’ll grab a coffee on the go and eat a Jay Robb Fudge Brownie Protein Bar.
Lunch
Holly said,
“My favorite lunch items include chicken caesar salads, a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado — which I had today — and a hamburger with extra pickles and fries.”
Snack
Holly will have a piece of fruit such as an apple, banana or orange.
Dinner
The Playboy Bunny said,
“Today I had sushi rolls. I love California, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls. I usually have miso soup and edamame with them.”
Celeb Diet Doc..
A couple of points… All protein bars are fattening and are packed with calories so I would avoid them. The fruit snacks are excellent and I would recommend this over any packaged bar. This girl eats.. Ceasar salads have mucho dressing calories so you’re better off with a vinaigrette or just a little lemon juice. Calorie traps include the sushi rolls and shrimp tempura. She can substitute less processed forms of the same going sashimi style. The miso soup and edamame are excellent choices!
