How Gwyneth Paltrow Gained Weight

Gwyneth Paltrow may look sleek and sexy this month as she’s been walking the red carpet to promote Iron Man II, but it was a just a couple of months ago when Gwyneth weighed more while she was shooting the drama, Love Don’t Let Me Down. The set for the film was in Nashville and Gwyneth ate whatever she wanted such as fried chicken and ice cream to gain weight for the role. Her trainer Tracy Anderson explained,

“She did gain weight. We took her training down from six days down to three days a week and she just ate whatever the hell she wanted.”

Once filming was over Tracy increased her workout plans back to six days a week. Together the two do 45 minutes of dance aerobics and 45 minutes of Anderson’s muscular design program. Since their workouts are so intense Gwyneth has been able to continue eating fattening foods such as cheese, bread and fried chicken.

Celeb Diet Doc Says…
Eat more processed foods (fried chicken, ice cream) and you gain weight. Eat more unprocessed foods (veggies, fruits) and lose weight. Simple as that.
