How Jennifer Aniston Stays Fit For Her New Revealing Smart Water Ad

Jennifer Aniston is almost bearing all in a new risqué ad campaign for Smart Water. Aniston has been the spokesperson for bottled water company for the last few years. Yet her recent campaign has her displaying more than just water as she poses for topless ads. To keep her body fit and camera ready for the new ads, the star has maintained her toned bod with these 5 body secrets.

1. Yoga
Jennifer says she like to do yoga to stay fit. Aniston claims that yoga keeps her body toned and balanced. She also works out with her personal yoga instructor Mandy Ingber.

2. Beauty Sleep
Getting enough rest is important. Jennifer aims to get eight hours of sleep every night to always look her best.

3. Healthy Eating
Even though the actress does not like to cook she does like to eat fresh and simple meals. Jen enjoys eating Greek salads, steak with grilled vegetables, and healthy soups.

4. Cardio Workouts
Besides yoga, she also like mixing up her workout sessions with short bursts of cardio exercises. She goes cycling, running or walking each day for twenty minutes.

5. Drinking Lots of Water
Jen makes sure to get enough H2O. She says she drinks 100 ounces, which is about 12 and a half cups, of water per day. Wonder if she really drinks her Smart Water?
