How Kim Kardashian Lost 5 Pounds in 5 Days!

Reality star Kim Kardashian may have recently split with boyfriend Reggie Bush, but that doesn’t mean she’s breaking out the ice cream and potato chips and watching sad romance DVDs.  Instead, she did just the opposite and lost five pounds in five days. She explained why,

“I really wanted to just buckle down and get rid of the tiny bit of excess weight I was carrying. It gave me a lot of confidence with my body.”

Kim was tired of being shy when wearing a bikini or doing a photoshoot so she decided to cut out all carbs and eat only lean proteins, leafy green and fruit and of course her QuickTrim regime she’s pitching. She also changed up her workouts. She explained,

“I made sure that in addition to my gym workout, I did freestyle cardio outdoors. I went running or made sure I did as much walking as I could. I really kept active.”

Celeb Diet Says…
The key here is to eat more unprocessed foods (such as fruits and veggies) and get rid of processed carbs (such as cakes, cookies, soda, bread)

It is relatively good weight reduction ideas allthough I can't go along with everthing within this particular piece of content.
