How will Jennifer Hudson do Weight Watchers in South Africa?

by Betsy on Celebs on May 25, 2010

Sexy R&B singer and actress Jennifer Hudson is looking better than ever. After months of Weight Watchers and killer workouts with her trainer Harley Pasternak she has gone from a size 16 to 6 and ready for her new movie. After giving birth last summer Jennifer had to prepare for her new movie role as Winnie Mandela, the wife of South African president, Nelson Mandela. Jennifer said,

“Whatever it takes to morph into a character, I’ll do it.”

She lost her weight by following the Weight Watchers point system. Now that she’ll be filming in South Africa she will most likely have to get to know the foods there and re-learn her Weight Watchers points considering she’ll be exposed to new culinary creations. Jennifer’s Weight Watchers counselor said,

“She will need to investigate every new product on this new continent. I am not the least bit worried about Jennifer…She is an amazing and resilient personality who will be just fine in her surroundings.”

Jennifer looks fantastic. Let’s wish her all the best as she explores South Africa for it’s culture, food and revolutionary history.

Celeb Diet Doc Says..
Jennifer looks great!  Just remember that the Weight Watchers point system is basically a calorie counting system. So Jennifer will do fine just counting calories…
