iPhone Weight-Loss App

The iPhone and its hundreds of free, little applications certainly make life a bit easier (and more fun), and now your iPhone can help you lose weight. A new, free application called Lose It! can help keep you on track by allowing you to set your weight-loss goals, establish a “daily calorie budget” and then record your daily food intake and exercise.
“Enter food and exercise easily using a searchable database. Quickly re-enter foods and meals you’ve had in the past,” says a statement on Apptism. “Lose It! is the most complete and streamlined weight loss application available for the iPhone.”
The makers of the nifty application are, however, quick to note that your personal information is not collected, distributed or sold to any third party. I suggest you give it a try – what harm could it do? It is free after all.
