James Duigan Gives Celebrity Diet Tips

james-duigan-gives-celebrity-diet-tips The Australian fitness guru James Duigan has worked with celebrities such as Hugh Grant, fashion designer Valentino, Victoria’s Secret models and he has trained with supermodel Elle Macpherson for the past 14 years. This week he interviewed with Australia’s, The Morning Show and revealed some of his get-fit secrets. Firstly, he said it’s important to go back to the basics by making the right choices explaining that we often know the right choice but don’t actually act on it. Some of his tips included:

- Keep your diet simple
- Eat whole foods
-Don’t forget fiber and calcium
-Minimize additives
-Eat green vegetables to rid the body of toxins
-Eat regularly to maintain a good metabolism

He explained,

“The more natural fresh and organic your food the better it is for you. The cleaner you eat the leaner you’ll be. We always build health first so if you’re body is healthy you’re going to be lean.”

Lastly, he gave a quick mention to general exercise women and men should do to counter their natural weaknesses. For example, women should do resistance work to build lean muscle and keep the bones strong  where men on the other hand should work on their stretching.

Hi I have purchased the book from Amazon and I have found it very useful. I thought I had a pretty good idea of how to eat healthy but this book has helped me have a greater understanding of making the right food choices. I have tried some of the meals in the kickstart diet and am surprised at how filling they are. The lunges are great too, I can really feel the burn after I have done them! It is also interesting to know it is sugar that makes you fat and not fat! Definately helped me in making wiser food choices! I am still to do the 14 day kickstart diet properly but social events keep popping up so I havent stuck to it yet but am planning to in a few week! Overall great book!

I also bought the book and Im am shocked at how liitle I know about nutrition. I did the 14 day kickstart and found it excellent, lost the weigh, wasnt hungry and enjoyed the food. It is hard to go out and not drink – I got through it by drinking a glass of red then a glass of water and alternating it. Same with vodka and lime etc. I also made sure I was home before 1am so I still had a great night out catching up with mates but made sure I went home at a reasonable hour so I wouldnt have to keep on drinking.
I would highly recommend this book!

I am into day 7 of the kickstart and I love it. I like the idea of not having to be the one to decide "whats for breakie", another 14 day basic plan would be an idea for the next book as we tend to stray a little given the freedom to choose for ourselves, even with all the knowledge provided in the book. I take the book everywhere I go and my fridge is bursting with veggies. All as organic as I can find. Love the book and looking forward to the next.

Bought the book on Sunday, and saw results by Wednesday! My bloated tummy is gone, and the meal plan is very filling (I am a constant snacker, so I loved that James gives you options for healthy snacks too!). Its very easy to stick to as you're not starving yourself (and if you get cravings he gives you healthy options for those too). Was constantly baffled at how I was overweight yet ate all "low-fat" or "lite" foods and worked out 5 days a week – this book has opened up my eyes to proper nutrition!

Have both the books and found them amazing!it really does make you lose weight fast and having the idea of a cheat meal keeps you on track! I have done the 14 day kickstart and lost a amazing 8kgs, it is hard to keep on track and to not stray as you do crave carbs but when you start seeing the results you need to stick to it! Highly recommended!

i love this book.it is the ultimate.i think everyone should have this book.it has truelly saved my life.helped to make me a healthy and happy person.i also have clean and lean flat tummy fast.this is just as much help.you must buy both books.i never use to believe in diet books.but these books truelly work.james duigan is my hero.
