Jay Leno: Weight Loss

The former host of The Tonight Show, Jay Leno, is getting in shape. After being hospitalized in April for exhaustion and leaving the show he decided to make a change and start a new fitness regimen. This week at an NBC Press Tour he said that while doing the show he became complacent and got himself in a jam. Now, the 59-year-old is looking quite dapper and trim as he has lost 12 pounds a healthy tan and a new look. And his secret is good old-fashioned exercise. He said,
“I’ve been working out and I’ve been running four miles every day…..I’ve lost about 12 lbs. already and want to drop a few more.”
Running is the sure fire way to lose weight. It melts those pounds off quickly and is also great for the cardiovascular system and keeps the ticker finely tuned.
The comedian has a new show premiering on September 14th, The Jay Leno Show.
