Jenni ‘Jwoww’ Farley Doesn’t Exercise

Jenni Farley, aka Jwoww, on the MTV reality series Jersey Shore has one incredible body. In the past she has said that she follows the low-calorie HCG diet to keep her slim figure. More recently she claims that she hasn’t exercised in months because she is so busy. She hasn’t gained any weight but she admitted,
“I actually have not worked out since the show.”
The 25-year-old is most likely adjusting to her temporary celebrity status as she’s continually on talk shows and at promotional events. While celebrating her birthday last week at Las Vegas’s Palms Casino Resort she said she thinks the reason she hasn’t put on weight is because she is sleep deprived and she’s active just because she has so much running around to do with the show. She said,
“I think I’m good right now,” she said of her body. “I don’t want to change that much for the second [season]. I still want to be myself, and if being myself is lazy, then that’s great.”
Being herself is all just fine but she may want to think about doing some mild exercise such as yoga or pilates to keep herself centered. If she’s a busy as she says she is, her body is probably begging for attention and would love a good downward facing dog yoga posture to relax.

Jenni may be getting plenty of exercise if she’s walking around all day keeping up with all her Jersey Shore promotional duties. Add in all the fist pumping and she may be doing enough to put the wow in Jwoww!

Love Jwoww and think although she’s a trainwreck; I just can’t stop looking! Love her new boobies too. You go girl! Hope she can keep busy, otherwise she’s gonna pile on the lbs! Here’s to Season 2 (and 3,4,5 , etc), otherwise the weight is gonna walk in like a hot stripper into a bachelor party!
