Jennifer Aniston’s Baby Food Diet – Not as Crazy as You Think

Yes, you read the title correctly, that’s a baby food diet that celebrities like Jennifer Aniston have done to drop weight quickly. The baby food diet was developed by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson and it involves eating 14 servings of baby food a day and then ending the day with a typical adult dinner. Tracy said she wanted to develop a diet that was liquid-based to eliminate toxicity but she didn’t want the typical weight gain that one has after following a liquid detox diet, thus the baby food diet. She explained,

“I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born.”

Jennifer Aniston has reportedly lost seven pounds over the past week while filming in Hawaii alongside Nicole Kidman in their upcoming movie, Just Go With It.

I know a guy who went on an extreme babyfood diet for fitness. he was just crazy, eating puried fish and beef with potatoes and carrots in a pot, processed stuff with loads of additives. He didn't quite get the idea of how to eat babyfood as an adult, i don't think. he would eat that foul smelling stuff and energy bars and still complain that he was nautious. and now he's an almost all-raw vegan. Figures :'D
