Jennifer Aniston’s New Diet Plan

Actress Jennifer Aniston is in great shape. She’s been known to do plenty of pilates, the occasional detox and the Zone diet from time to time. Her latest diet plan is no white starchy foods nor processed foods. One source said,
“Within two weeks of jumping on the no-white-food bandwagon, Jen felt less bloated and leaner.”
The source went on to say that Jennifer is not allowing any white foods in her home and instead eats substitutions such as brown rice for white, egg noodles for pasta, yams for potatoes and brown raw sugar instead of white sugar. In addition, Jennifer is sure to eat a lot of fresh produce and protein rich foods. The source explained,
“Jen’s current diet consists of a lot fruits, veggies, salmon, tuna and even steak.”
Since Jennifer has switched her eating habits she has more energy and feels great. Be it Atkins, Zone or Eat To Live, they all say not to eat starchy, processed foods. It’s all about self-control and learning to love those substitutions and focus on whole grains, fresh fruit and veggies as well as protein.
