Jennifer Esposito: Diet and Exercise

Jennifer Esposito has had roles on Law & Order, Spin City and most recently she plays the role of Andrea Belladonna on Samantha Who? starring Christina Applegate.  Recently, People Magazine revealed  Jennifer’s ‘moderation mantra’ when it comes to diet and exercise.  According to People, Jennifer takes a balanced approach; she’ll allow herself to indulge from time to time but she will also be sure to balance that with something healthy.  She explains,

“I really love food but I have a healthy relationship with it,” she continues, “One day I’ll make pastas and eggplant parm and bring it into work and we’ll eat on set, but then I’ll eat kale and boiled salmon.”

Her workouts are approached with the same idea in mind.  She tries not to be over obsessive about exercise but she does run when there is a time.

“I run a lot and exercise when I can, but I’m not a crazy lunatic about it.”

Celeb Diet Doc…
Great to see Jennifer eats kale. Part of the cruciferious veggie family (think broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, arugula) , kale is packed with anti-cancer organosulfur compounds and is truly an under appreciated superfood.

    Kris Carr of “Crazy Sexy Cancer” got rid of her Stage 4 cancer by juicing kale.
