Jennifer Galardi, nutritionist to Kim Kardashian and the Pussycat Dolls, says you can survive the holidays. Simply follow her healthy-eating tips and all those big family dinners and lunches shouldn’t affect you too badly.

One of the best ways to stay healthy is to eat whole foods. The celebrity nutritionist says whole grains, as unprocessed as possible, are best. Don’t be deceived into thinking all organic food is unprocessed too; just try to get as close as possible to out-of-the-ground as you can. Jennifer also says you shouldn’t deny your cravings. Allow yourself some room to enjoy the foods you want, but stick to your workout routine. However, if you experience really crazy cravings, it usually means your body’s trying to tell you that it’s lacking certain nutrients.

When it comes to partying, the creator of the Ballet Body Workout DVDs says you shouldn’t go to the ones you won’t know many people at, because you’ll tend to eat more as you’re not socializing that much.
