Jennifer Garner’s Weight Loss
When Jennifer Garner showed up at the Golden Globes in early January she looked absolutely dazzling. The 37-year-old mother of two still has her streamlined silhouette that every girl was jealous of back when she starred in the CIA drama, Alias. One insider told Life & Style magazine,
“She’s a size 0 now. She used to be a size 6.”
Jennifer’s kids are 4 years old and 13 months and after she had her four-year-old she simply wasn’t motivated at first to lose the weight. She said,
“Then I got on the treadmill, stopped stuffing my face and lost the weight. I cut out croissants, bagels and muffins — all the good stuff — and went back to having a salad once a day and protein.”
But with her second-child she obviously hit the treadmill hard. She’s totally svelte and sexy. Be sure to watch Jennifer in the upcoming movie, Valentine’s Day, which is in theaters on February 12th.

Its really just what CDD says. Its all about the veggies. I don’t eat as much salad as Jennifer Garder -I try but I just can’t make myself do it. I get the veggies by drinking them with my blender. I mix fruit and kale, or fruit and rainbow chard – in a smoothie. It works for me, because you hardly taste the greens. You can really tell when your getting enough greens. (without going to to much detail-its obvious)
