
Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez is picture-perfect. She’s not just sexy but she’s also healthy, has great curves and has a can-do attitude when it comes to her healthy lifestyle. She’s not one for starvation diets nor does she look gaunt and bone-thin like other Hollywood celebrities. In a recent interview Jennifer admitted that although she looks great, she’s just like everyone else in that she has to watch what she eats. Claiming that there is no ‘science’ to dieting Jennifer believes in staying motivated by setting goals and practicing portion control for weight management. She said,
“One good trick is to have a goal – for me it may be getting in shape for a video shoot.”
When it comes to portion control Jennifer says she loves to eat everything and that indulging in fattening foods from time to time won’t hurt. But she’s not going to eat a large portion of her fatty favorites because that’s what will add on the pounds. She explained,
“It’s when you eat the whole box that it’s going to kill you.”
In March of this year Jennifer signed on with Def Jam Records and is working on a new studio album called, Love?. It will surely be a hit!
