Jennifer Lopez TRX Suspension Trainer Workout

Jennifer Lopez has been out of the limelight as she has been settling into motherhood now that she and husband Marc Antony have toddler twins running around the house.  However, over the past couple of weeks her face has been popping up again in entertainment news and magazine so one has to wonder if she’s got another big project planned.

As always, she looks flawless and her trainer, Gunnar Peterson told People Magazine that she uses the TRX Suspension Trainer (see photo above) to maintain her famous figure.  This portable fitness equipment weighs less than two pounds, it’s great for traveling and it can be anchored to a door or any other secure point.  Gunnar told People that Jennifer Lopez has,

“done push-ups on them, rows, hamstrings – there’s not a body part that you can’t hit using it,” he continues, “It allows you to work with your body weight depending on the angle and how much you pull on it.”
