Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Diet & Exercise Tips

Jennifer Love Hewitt was recently snapped playing tennis in a bikini and platform heels, and this month she’s been snapped in a bikini again – on the cover of Shape magazine. Now the 30-yeard-old actress, who has had her share of weight-loss ups and downs, shares her diet and exercise tips.
The Ghost Whisperer actress has a very healthy body image, and although she has her days when she finds it hard to fit into her jeans, she doesn’t beat herself up about it. Hewitt simply says that she’s the shape is because she’s suppose to be, and if we all looked the same, we would be very boring.
One of Hewitt’s diet tips is to never fill your fridge.
“Instead of piling up food in my fridge that says ‘Come eat me!’ I keep enough for only a couple of days,” she told the magazine. “And I rarely have treats around that might tempt me late at night, which is when I usually crave something really fattening.”
Hewitt also learned a few fitness tips from her new boyfriend, fellow actor Jamie Kennedy. Kennedy helps Hewitt by inspiring her to eat a salad with each meal as well as load up on fruit, fish and vegetables. And she’s helped Kennedy to exercise more.
“Last summer we were in Monaco. Every morning we ran for 40 minutes through the streets of Monte Carlo. It was an amazing way to see the city. Now when we travel, we try to explore the places by running.”
