Jennifer Morrison Burns Calories By Boxing

Jennifer Morrison stars as Dr. Cameron in the series, House MD; a role she has had for five years.  This month she had a chat with Health Magazine and gave some fitness tips to their readers.  When asked what workout routine she is currently following she replied,
“For about a year-and-a-half I’ve been pretty consistently boxing, which I really love because I don’t notice the time passing. It’s a great workout — they say you burn like 1,000 calories in an hour. But it’s also a great cardio. I try to keep several different things on rotation just so I am not getting stuck or bored.”
Jennifer is quite active, she has learned to skateboard, snowboard and surf and now she has taken up golf.  However she did say that apart from the golf the other sports were required for her acting jobs and she had to be fearless and approach it as part of her job.  She said,
“I wish I had the same sort of fearlessness. I have done that with some things. It is not as dangerous as the other things, but I recently started learning how to golf, which is probably the most frustrating sport on the planet. I do try to take on things that are a challenge. You’ve got to keep pushing your boundaries.”
Jennifer also revealed that she is a sensible eater, and let’s just say that this girl doesn’t ‘pig out’ one day and starve the next but instead she eats until she’s satisfied.
“I never eat past being full. At a restaurant, if I’m full from my appetizer, I only have five or six bites of my main meal and I’ll just take the rest home.”
