The inside skinny... on Jenny McCarthy’s Daily Diet

Jenny McCarthy’s Daily Diet

The bloggers at OK Magazine caught up with Jenny McCarthy as she was doing work this past week for the Weight Watchers program, Lose For Good.  After losing the 60 pounds from her pregnancy and then having a child diagnosed with autism has changed her diet; she is now well known for not eating wheat, dairy and sugar but she doesn’t deprive herself 100% of the time.  She explained,
“I don’t want to say ‘never eat never.’ I do go home and visit my mom and have some pizza. But on an everyday basis, I don’t eat wheat, dairy or sugar.”
She went on to give an example of a daily menu.
Breakfast: fruit
Lunch: Salad with walnuts and possibly with turkey or chicken
Dinner: Grains with fish or turkey
Snack: Watermelon
She said that being on Weight Watchers taught her how to control her portions and to this day she will still count the points in her head because she has them memorized.  Instead of filling up on potato chips like she used to she now fills up on fruits and veggies.  She said,
“I maintain this 125 lb. frame by watching my food. I know my points that go with my food from Weight Watchers now by heart. I just make sure I don’t go over that limit in a day.”
