Jessica Biel: Diet and Exercise

It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything from the sexy Jessica Biel but she’s finally come out from hiding. What’s even better is she has told Life and Style Magazine how she stays in shape. She recently did a personalized workout at Live-In Fitness Enterprise (L.I.F.E) based in Marina del Rey, CA. After finishing the workout she said it,
“was tough, and I’ll definitely be back for more. But I’m tired!”
The bootcamp style workouts at L.I.F.E. are customized five-to-seven hour workouts, each lasting one hour. Jessica’s workout included leg lifts, medicine ball training, kettlebell lifts and hand-bike work. According to the owner Eric Viskovicz he puts his clients through the same time of tough workouts that a professional athlete would do. Whew! As for Jessica’s performance, here’s what he had to say about her,
“Compared to the rest of the celebrities, I’d give Jessica an A.”
Well there’s no question that this A-list celebrity gets an A when it comes to her dedication to working out and keeping healthy. Apart from exercise Jessica is sensible about her eating habits and is careful in proportions. She said,
“I don’t live with the idea that you can’t allow yourself something. Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions. I cut dishes in half as soon as they’re served to me.”
When all is said and done, it doesn’t matter if you run, walk, do aerobics or have a personal trainer barking down your throat. What’s most important is to eat in moderation and to stay active through any type of exercise you can handle.
