
Jessica Capshaw stars as pediatric surgeon Dr. Arizona Robbins on the hit show Grey’s Anatomy. Just like fellow cast members Ellen Pompeo, Katherine Heigel, Jessica has one fit body even though she works full time and has a baby at home. In a recent interview she shared her stay-slim secrets and she said her exercise weapon of choice is the Tracy Anderson Method. She said the body changed her bodies in so many ways that even her husband took notice and asked where certain muscles came from. When asked about her routine she explained,
“At the time I would go four or five hours a week. I would take a dance class for an hour and it was super fun because I don’t like to run. So, we’d dance and then we’d do mat workouts and arm workouts and that was really great.”
Most recently her exercise plan has changed because she works closer to home. What she’ll do is jog or power-walk to the gym and then do the Valerie Waters workout and she can get all of that done while her two-year-old son is napping.
