
Jessica Simpson has had a busy year, apart from her career she’s been battling the tabloids with her weight issues. Now, she’s better than ever having lost three dress sizes. She has no plans on getting back into those Daisy Duke cut-off shorts but she’s curvaceous and healthy. Jessica has been training with Danny Musico (he also trains Leondardo Decaprio and Justin Bieber) and he says she is lean and fit now. He said,
“She’s pushing herself to new levels.”
Jessica has burned all of those calories through High Definition Training which is a mix of boxing, cardio and weights. In total the workout lasts 60 minutes and it’s interval based. Musico explained,
“She’ll run for three minutes as fast as she can, the rest for 30 seconds, then box for three minutes and so on.”
They try to meet four times a week for her workouts but it has been a challenge since Jessica is so busy these days with her show, Price of Beauty as well as her clothing line. But she’s staying dedicated and it’s obviously paying off!

Its reasonably smart weight reduction guidelines allthough I cant come to an agreement with everthing within this specific posting.
